By using this website, registering for a CCR activity, applying for a programme or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms, the applicable event instructions and the policies linked from this page. If you act for a company or team, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights or use website content in a misleading or unauthorised commercial manner.
Registration is subject to availability, payment where applicable, accurate information, age and category requirements, acceptance of participation rules and any required parental or guardian consent. CCR may refuse, suspend or cancel an entry obtained fraudulently or used in breach of event rules.
Routes, schedules, venues, start arrangements, programme content and suppliers may change for safety, operational, regulatory, weather or circumstances outside reasonable control. CCR will communicate material changes through available channels.
CCR names, logos, designs, race materials, photographs, videos, website content and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to CCR. No right is granted except personal use of the website and materials expressly provided to participants.
Payments, timing, maps, social media, external links and other services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. CCR is not responsible for an external service outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CCR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts.
