Registration, transfer, deferral, cancellation and refund rules.

An entry is confirmed only after the required form is completed, payment is successfully processed where applicable and CCR issues confirmation. Participants are responsible for checking their details and reporting errors promptly.
Unless CCR expressly states otherwise for a particular event or programme, registration fees are non-refundable for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel difficulties, illness, injury, failure to train, disqualification, withdrawal or non-attendance. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Entries may not be sold, transferred, substituted or deferred unless CCR announces an official process. Unauthorised use of another participant’s entry may lead to disqualification and may compromise timing, identification and emergency procedures.
Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge promptly to hello@capitalcityrace.com with the registration name and transaction reference. Approved corrections will be returned through the original payment method where practicable.
If CCR cancels, postpones or materially changes an event, it will publish the available remedy, which may include transfer to a replacement date, credit, deferral or refund. The remedy may depend on amounts already irreversibly committed, applicable law, insurance and the circumstances causing the change.
Race-pack collection instructions and deadlines will be communicated before the event. Uncollected items are not automatically refundable and may not be posted. Product defects or fulfilment errors should be reported promptly with reasonable evidence.
Where a refund is approved, CCR will initiate it as soon as reasonably practicable. Banks and payment providers control the final settlement time. Payment-processing charges may be treated as stated at purchase and as permitted by law.
